The organisation is a completely independent non-profit that supports and implements community outreach programs, projects, and events. Raising awareness relating to social challenges including working towards elevating poverty. DCCU aims to Develop and educate women, youth, children, and later men, on life skills, social, emotional and psychological development.

DCCU's purpose is to equip communities with life skills while also aiding in the development of participants through active teaching methods to provide professional help to communities to excite people about opportunities and technology.

The goal is to serve as a light of hope and restore dignity to poverty-ridden communities especially women, youth, and children.

Art Animation Therapeutic Program
